Child Play Area - Pre Installation

We are just waiting to have our grass installed by the As Good As Grass team. All of the materials have arrived along with the skip for the removal of our old turf and weeds!

Sick and tied of comming home from work in the summer only to get out the lawn mower to cut the grass and then dispose of all of the trimmings. Regularly, we then clean the mower and re-trim all of the grass edges!

We are foster carers so an outdoor play area is important to us. After extensive research we decided that non-filled astro turf would be more suitable with no mess or sand for the kids to eat.

No more muddy patches or border edges to be trimmed and best of all, no waiting for the weather to be dry enough for cutting the grass. We need to make sure it is short enough for the young kids to play on safely.

The new Sol is short so should dry quickly. The kids can now play without the usual muddy shoes with green edges and green knees.

We have arranged for the team to install a small semi-circular section to be in a different colour. Blue astro turf will look nice and will appear as a lake around a castle that the kids play in. Just hope the weather is kind over the next couple of days so that the team have sunshine to install the 84 square metres for us all to enjoy.
